Great location near transportation, with excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms. Staff polite but had difficulty communicating in English.
The romantic atmosphere was ruined by the burnt food smell in the air and the noisy ventilation system. When we complained about it, the staff was not very helpful, and it persisted throughout our stay.

the room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of tasty options. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering lots of great advice on local attractions and things to see and do.
Although the staff were generally helpful, we did have some difficulty communicating with them due to the language barrier.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the central market and within walking distance of the main points of interest. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the wifi was fast and reliable.

Excellent location, close to train station. Comfortable and well-equipped kids room. Allowed early check-in for free. Friendly and helpful staff. Impeccably clean and luxurious hotel. Great decorations and atmosphere. Conveniently close to market and points of interest. Efficient response to maintenance issue.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The location is extremely convenient, being just a short walk from the train station. This made it easy for me to explore the city and catch my train without any hassle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Anna who went above and beyond to assist me with planning my day trips. The room itself was fantastic, with all the amenities I could ask for. The air conditioning kept the room cool during the hot summer days and the free Wi-Fi was a great added bonus. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep every night. The room service was prompt and the food was delicious.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families. The staff were accommodating and made the stay enjoyable for both children and adults.

Near train station, Clean rooms, Good breakfast, Helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfast spread is great. Moreover, the staff is very helpful and attentive to guests' needs.
